The VapAirB’ORD system is made up of an air impervious and type 1 vapour resistant composite panel while a self-adhesive elastomeric tape ensures its continuity. Standard VapAirB’ORD panels are composed of a substrate, a 1 mm SBS modified bitumen layer and a fabric facing. Its lightly textured and mat surface provides optimal adhesion for the joint sealing tape or other materials. VapAirB’ORD panels are assembled in a factory controlled environment on a dry and conditioned substrate. For greater precision and productivity, white lines are printed on the panels to guide installation.
