A100 Series
 
Wall Technology's A100 Series panel is an economical, all purpose
acoustical wall panel designed for use where sound absorption and
value are the main criteria. This series panel is suitable for auditoriums,
theatres, offices, libraries and virtually any place where noise
control is needed and critical lighting and high abuse resistance
are not factors. An optional foil scrim backing not only seals the
back of the panel but also provides a superior gluing ground for
easier installation.
 Construction:
A100 Series panels are a single core construction of dimensionally
stable rigid fiberglass (4-6PCF). Foil scrim backing is optional.
Edges are resin hardened to protect against damage and to provide
a clean, crisp edge appearance. Finishes are applied to the face
of the panel and returned to the back for a full finished edge.
All corners are fully tailored. Panels are designed to accept optional
concealed mounting hardware as specified.
Sizes: Standard Thicknesses: ½",
¾", 1", 1½", 2", 3", 4".
Any size up to 48" wide x 120" high (nominal). Custom
sizes and thicknesses are available. Standard tolerances are ±1/16"
in width and length.
Edges: All edges are resin hardened
unless otherwise specified. Aluminum edge available (square only),
wood edge available in all profiles. Choose: square, radius, bevel,
miter or custom. See Edge Detail page for more information.
Finishes: A wide variety of fabrics
are available from our standard line of wovens, non-wovens and vinyls
or from designer specified finishes and C.O.M.
Mounting: Choose from: mechanical
clip, impaling clip, velcro, concealed spline, magnetic or adhesive.

Flammability: Standard fabric and
core have been tested in complete assemblies according to ASTM E-84
Tunnel Test and have achieved a flame spread rating of 25 or less
(Class "A"). All components have also achieved a flame
spread rating of 25 or less.
