This unique line of acoustical wall and ceiling panels has the appearance of painted plaster or gypsum, yet offers the superior sound control of a high performance acoustical product. Unlike fabric and vinyl acoustical treatments, New Dimensions blends with existing wall and ceiling surfaces rather than competing with established design elements. New Dimensions is priced competitively with other custom acoustical treatments. New Dimensions has exceptionally high sound absorption, offers high light reflectance and is available in custom sizes with a variety of mountings. Along with standard colors, computerized custom tints are available making this product as flexible as your needs and imagination require. Typical applications for New Dimensions include: Historic Renovations Convention Centers Libraries Airport Concourses Lobbies Theatres Conference Facilities Churches Panel Construction: The New Dimensions Panel is a composite core panel constructed of dimensionally stable, rigid fiberglass core with an 1/8" thick smooth sanded fiberglass face. Edges are resin hardened to protect against damage and can be fully finished in various profiles. Sizes: Standard Thicknesses: 1 1/8", 2 1/8". Custom sizes and thicknesses are available. Finishes: A unique finely-textured coating, factory applied to a porous textile material, available in standard colors or to match architect's color sample. Flammability: Composite panel assembly has been tested according to ASTM E-84 Tunnel Test and have achieved a Class "A" Flame Spread Rating of 25 or less and a Smoke Developed Rating of 15 or less. Light Reflectance: When using a standard white finish and tested according to ASTM C-523-68, the average light reflectance value is .82.
